Among other activities, Whoosh Wellness’s services enable coordination and communication with a healthcare provider. It does not replace your relationship with any physician. These services might not be appropriate for all medical conditions or concerns. If you have a medical emergency, immediately call your doctor or dial 911.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully because they set forth important terms regarding your use of the services. By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Sites or any services provided through them. These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time.
Whoosh Wellness, together with its affiliates, owns and operates the website located at https://www.whooshwellness.com and any related applications or services (collectively, the “Sites”). The Sites are intended to facilitate access to various services, including health and wellness information, administrative support for healthcare services, coordination with pharmacies, and telehealth access. Whoosh Wellness is not a medical provider. Medical services are provided by independent professional entities, specifically Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD, which can be contacted at contact@wasef-health.com and is located at 5260 78th Ave N, PO Box 1697, Pinellas Park, FL 33780.
Your use of the Sites is subject to these Terms of Use, applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, located in a supported state, and agree to these Terms in order to use the Services. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee that you will receive treatment or services.
Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communication technologies between a patient and a provider who are not in the same physical location. This may include transmission of medical records, messaging, and remote consultations. While telemedicine provides convenient access to care, it has limitations, including potential delays due to technical issues and the absence of a physical examination. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
Whoosh Wellness provides a technology platform only and does not provide medical advice or treatment. Any healthcare services are provided by Wasef Health, PC and its licensed providers. Your relationship is with the provider, not Whoosh Wellness. You agree that Whoosh Wellness is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, or treatment outcomes.
By using the Services, you consent to receiving communications from Whoosh Wellness and its partners, including emails and text messages related to your account, treatment, or services. These communications may not be encrypted, and you accept the risks associated with electronic communication. You may opt out of certain communications where applicable.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Whoosh Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Sites in any unlawful or harmful way, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting systems, or misrepresenting your identity.
Whoosh Wellness may share your information with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and service partners as necessary to provide services. If you are prescribed medication, you may choose to use a partner pharmacy, and you consent to the sharing of your information for fulfillment purposes.
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the Services. By submitting payment information, you authorize charges to your selected payment method. Services may be withheld if payment cannot be processed.
The platform does not support testosterone replacement therapy through telehealth. Providers using the platform cannot prescribe TRT, including testosterone injections, gels, patches, or pellets, via telehealth. Patients seeking TRT should consult an in-person provider.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Whoosh Wellness makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, availability, or accuracy of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whoosh Wellness and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Whoosh Wellness may suspend or terminate access to the Sites at any time for any reason. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York.
By using the platform, you consent to asynchronous telemedicine provided by Wasef Health, PC. This includes communication through messaging, questionnaires, and other non-real-time interactions. You understand that care is provided at the discretion of the provider, and there is no guarantee of diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. These services are not intended for emergencies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting contact@wasef-health.com.
Whoosh Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
